I. INTRODUCTION

Randy R. and Lucinda H. Detweiler were convicted in a bench trial of manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. In addition, they were each charged with failure to affix a drug tax stamp. The record demonstrates that the district court dismissed this charge against Randy, but the record is silent as to the charge against Lucinda.
