“John Starner, administrator of the estate of Charles *49W. Risinger, deceased, plaintiff, complains of Haywood Hnderwood, John ~W. Purcell and Catherine E. Purcell, defendants, and says that heretofore, to-wit, on the 28th day of February, 1861,' the said John "W. Purcell and Catherine E.
