OPINION
BAKER, Judge.
Appellant-defendant Board of School Trustees of The Logansport Community School Corporation (School Board) appeals from the trial court’s order vacating the expulsion of appellee-plaintiff P.F., a Lo-gansport High School student. Specifically, the School Board argues that the trial court misinterpreted the relevant statute by holding that the School Board was required to hear P.F.’s appeal from his expulsion.
Finding that the trial court properly interpreted the statute but that the remedy it imposed was improper, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with…
