Kathryn Koehler, as personal representative of the estate of Edwin Foster, deceased, appeals from a jury verdict in favor of defendants. The plaintiff brought a products liability action for improper design and lack of warnings against the above-named defendants, asbestos insulation manufacturers, 1 alleging that exposure to asbestos had resulted in Foster's developing mesothelioma.
