Millwright Dean Wilcox, an employee of Washington Closure Hanford (WCH), suffered serious injuries when he fell through an open hatch door on a high scaffold while performing demolition work at “Building 336” at the Hanford site. Wilcox contends that his fall resulted from the negligent design work or demolition work plan of Stephen Basehore. On paper, Stephen Basehore was the employee of defendants ELR Consulting Inc. or Bartlett Services Inc., if not both.
