Affirming.

For some years prior to January 2, 1929, J. F. William Selke and Lydia Selke, husband and wife, owned all the capital stock of the Atlas Plaster & Fuel Company, a corporation, hereinafter referred to as the fuel company, except a few of the shares issued to another person in order to comply with the requirements of the corporation laws. Mr. Selke was in active management of the business of the corporation, but Mrs. Selke devoted much of her time and energy to the promotion of the business, and rendered very material assistance in the way of…
