MEMORANDUM OPINION
RICHARD J. LEON, District Judge.
Plaintiff, PT (Persero) Merpati Nusantara Airlines (“Merpati”) brought this action against defendants, Thirdstone Aircraft Leasing Group, Inc. (“Thirdstone”) and Alan Messner for alleged breach of contract, or, in the alternative, for conversion, arising out of agreements to lease commercial aircraft. Before the Court is plaintiffs Motion for Entry of Default Judgment against defendants. As plaintiff has satisfied jurisdictional and procedural requirements for this judgment, the Court GRANTS plaintiffs motion for default judgment.
