This is an action by the New York Central Railroad Company against the Wheeling Can Company for the recovery of freight charges alleged to be due the carrier. Upon submission of the case to the circuit court upon an agreed statement of facts, judgment was rendered in favor of the Railroad Company for the sum of $163.66 and costs. This writ followed.
