GARDNER, Circuit Judge.
There is involved in these appeals the right of the city of Lincoln, Neb., to a pri*427ority in the payment of its claim of $45,-509 against the Lincoln Trust Company, bankrupt. The lower court allowed priority in the amount of $628.63, and denied priority as to the balance of the claim, but allowed it as a general claim.. Both parties have appealed. There is no dispute as to the facts so far as they are disclosed by the record, though there may be some dispute as to what facts may properly be inferred from those established.
