The plaintiff, Sallie Atkins, commenced this action against the defendants, Charles Page et al., in the district court of Creek county on the 19th day of May, 1920. The cause of action pleaded by plaintiff in her petition was an action in ejectment. In the first paragraph of the plaintiff’s petition it is alleged she is the owner of the fee-simple 'title, legal and ■equitable estate, in and to the lands described in the petition.
