Hamor v. Maine Coast Memorial Hospital

Supreme Judicial Court of Maine

1Opinion of the Court

ROBERTS, Justice.

Michelle M. Hamor appeals a judgment in favor of defendant Maine Coast Memorial Hospital based upon a directed verdict, and a judgment in favor of defendant Rob ert Walker based upon a jury verdict, in the Superior Court, Hancock County. On appeal she argues that the court committed error (1) in denying her second motion to amend her complaint; (2) in three of its evidentiary rulings; (3) in refusing to give certain jury instructions requested by the plaintiff; and (4) in entering a directed verdict in favor of the hospital. We affirm both judgments.
