In a petition filed on the nineteenth of May, 1876, Louis Fix alleges that he purchased, for State taxes, three lots of ground situated in the city of New Orleans, and which, heretofore, belonged to and had been assessed, two in the name op Henry Decker, and one in the name of Widow William'Piles; that, after the expiration of the delay fixed by law for’the redemption of property so acquired, his titles to those lots were confirmed by the Auditor, and that by virtue of said sales and their confirmation, all liens and incumbrances previously…
