In an order dated August 25, 2004, we dismissed for want of jurisdiction appellant Ramzi Ahmed Yousefs claim that the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Kevin T. Duffy, Judge) erred in denying his request for, among other things, appointment of counsel under the Criminal Justice Act (“CJA”), 18 U.S.C. § 3006A. United States v.
