Introduction

Before the Court is a Motion in which the Defendant, National Wire & Metal Technologies, Inc. (“National Wire”) seeks an Order which stays this adversary proceeding and directs the parties to arbitrate their dispute or, in the alternative, dismisses the lawsuit. The Motion is opposed by both the Debtor, New Knight, Inc, (“New Knight”) and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (“The Committee”).
