PRICE, Judge.

The complaint as originally filed contained two counts, count one claimed $1,000 for work and labor done by plaintiff for defendant from September, 1952, through December, 1953. Count two claimed $1,000 damages, “for that, on towit, September 1952, through December, 1953, plaintiff while a salesman and agent for defendant, sold insurance policies for defendant for the consideration of renewal commissions, which defendant has failed or refused to pay to plaintiff, and which policies are still in force and effect, and for the sale of which plaintiff is entitled to renewal…
