MEMORANDUM

BLAKE, District Judge.

Now pending before this Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, for Summary Judgment. Because both parties have submitted material outside the pleadings, the defendants’ motion will be treated as one for summary judgment. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). Plaintiff William F. Cecil, Jr. was employed by Defendant AAA Mid-Atlantic, Inc. until he accepted early retirement in 1985. He has brought four- claims against AAA Mid-Atlantic and AAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Agency, Inc. (collectively “AAA”) based on alleged violations of his early retirement…
