MOISE, Justice.

Plaintiff brought this action seeking judgment against the defendant on account of two checks allegedly delivered to her by defendant and dishonored by the bank on which they were drawn and, in addition, for amounts claimed by her to be owing for commissions, expenses and salary arising out of two real estate sales. The action was filed on January 7, 1963 and summons was issued on the same day.
