George W. Latimer, Judge:

The accused was found guilty by general court-martial of having committed two offenses proscribed by Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice. The only one of importance to this decision was charged as an unlawful and wrongful possession, with intent to deceive, of a false military pass. The court-martial sentenced accused to be discharged from the service with a bad conduct discharge, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and to be confined at hard labor for one year.
