Albert 0. Friedman appeals from an order of the Commissioner of the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance revoking Ms agent’s license and ordering him to pay a $1,000 penalty to the Commonwealth. We affirm.
*276The facts are not in dispute. On May 15, 1980, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania found Mr. Friedman guilty of conspiracy and interstate transportation of stolen property under Title 18 of the United .States Code; the grand jury indictment of record indicates that Mr. Friedman and his co-conspirator transferred the life insurance…
