The plaintiff brings, this action to quiet title to twelve tracts of land against any claim of the defendant to an interest therein. Plaintiff claims to be the sole owner but alleges that the defendant has looked after the farming of these lands, as his agent for the several past years under an oral agreement between them and he asks for an accounting in connection therewith.
