Joan Carol Lipin (“Plaintiff’) brings this action (“Lipin IV”) against National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA (“National Union”), Lawrence J. Baer (“Baer”), Mark A. Jacoby (“Jaco-by”), Christopher A. Parlo (“Parlo”), Steven R. Wall (“Wall”), the American National Red Cross (the “National Red Cross”), and Arthur W.
