Plaintiff, Chicago Cicero Currency Exchange, Inc., brought this action in the circuit court of Cook County against defendants, Continental Bank (Continental) and Jennifer Jones, for the wrongful dishonor of a $200 personal money order issued by Continental. The trial court entered judgment in favor of Continental and subsequently denied plaintiff’s motion to vacate the judgment.
