Propst filed his bill in equity in which he prayed to be relieved of a claim of forfeiture asserted by appellants for nonpayment of rent, which was due by Propst and in default, and lie asserted that in equity lie was entitled to tender the amount of rent in default and be re-instated to possession of the leased premises, and that his contract with the American Oil Company be enforced as to rent due by it to him.
