This bill for declaratory relief under G. L. c. 231A is reported without decision by a single justice. G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 214, § 31. The plaintiffs are members of a Boston law partnership which is the depositary of duplicate originals of a signed, but undelivered, lease under an agreement with the defendants The Prudential Insurance Company of America and New England Merchants National Bank of Boston.
