Appellant Celestino Mendoza Gonzales was convicted of voluntary manslaughter for shooting his neighbor. In the published portion of this opinion, we consider Gonzales’s contention the judge erred in using Gonzales’s conduct subsequent to the charged offense to aggravate the sentence.
