¶1 This is an appeal from the trial of an action under the Model Toxics Control Act, chapter 70.105D RCW. The plaintiff, Taliesen Corporation, sought contribution for costs incurred in cleaning up petroleum contamination in a site being prepared for development of condominiums. With minor exceptions, we affirm the trial court’s many rulings.
