Rosa Guadamud brings this products liability action against Dentsply International, Inc., (“Dentsply International”); Caulk, a Division of Dentsply International; Dentsply, Inc.; Dentsply Research and Development Corp. (collectively, “Dentsply”); Burron Medical, Inc.; and B. Braun Medical, Inc. (together, “Braun”).
