Affirming.

This is an action by Katterjohn against Riglesberger for damages for breach of contract in the sale of an automobile, in December, 1915. The parties differ as to the-consideration and the terms of the contract; Katterjohn *140contending that the. automobile was sold to him for $1,050.00, and that he paid that sum by trading in an old "Grant” car at $450.00, and paying $600.00 in cash.
