Reversing.

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the appellees in the sum of $1,000 for the balance of the sale price of coal sold by it to the appellant. The original petition in this case declared on a note which purported to be executed for the appellant by its vice president. The answer of the appellant put in issue the authority of this vice president to execute this note, and a great deal of appellant’s brief is devoted to this question.
