DOERNER, Commissioner.

Plaintiff appeals from a judgment and decree denying its application for a citation for contempt for violating an injunction, dismissing the order to show cause which had been previously issued, and discharging defendants.

Plaintiff is an Ohio corporation, licensed to do business in Ohio, Missouri, and Texas, and is and had been engaged in the business of furnishing unemployment compensation cost control services to its customers.
