This is a qui tam suit brought against Citizens Medical Center (CMC), a county-owned hospital in Victoria, Texas, alleging multiple violations of the False Claims Act (the FCA). The Court already ruled on multiple challenges the defendants raised to the sufficiency of the Relators’ allegations, dismissing some claims but allowing most to proceed past the pleading stage.
