This proceeding was begun by a petition to the Industrial Accident Commission of California to obtain an award for the déath of John James Uttley Brooke, an unmarried minor nineteen years of age, who was drowned in Santa Monica Bay on April 8, 1926, while in the service of the Morris Pleasure Fishing, Inc.
