DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.

Plaintiffs sued Fee International, Ltd., Resco, Ltd. and Harry J. Flewelling for patent infringement, false marking and unfair competition. A non-jury trial was conducted and on March 29, 1974 the Court found Plaintiffs to be the owners of U. S. Patent No. 3,555,939 (939); that ’939 is a valid patent; that Defendants’ “QualiKraft” FD-800 wrench infringes ’939; that Defendants were guilty of false marking; and that Defendants were guilty of unfair competition.
