Pursuant to this Court’s directive in The Florida Bar In Re: Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure, 387 So.2d 920 (Fla.1980), the Appellate Rules Committee of The Florida Bar has submitted amendments to the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure, and amended 1980 committee notes, for adoption by the Court in order to (1) conform existing appellate rules to the constitutional amendment adopted by the voters of Florida on March 11, 1980, and (2) to incorporate within the rules, with appropriate technical changes, the emergency appellate rules adopted by the Court immediately following the adoption…
