In accordance with this Court’s procedures for the presentation of proposed amendments and revisions to Florida rules of practice and procedure each four years, the Appellate Rules Committee of The Florida Bar has submitted amendments to the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure for adoption by the Court. At the request of the Committee, additional amendments to the rules may be submitted to the Court by the Committee not later than October 15, 1980, for the purpose of conforming the appellate rules to the constitutional amendment adopted by the voters of Florida on March 11, 1980, and to…
