MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

First Time Videos, LLC (“FTV’) filed this action against 500 unnamed individuals (“Doe Defendants”) alleging violations of federal copyright law pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. (R. 1, Compl. ¶ 28.) Presently before the Court are 20 putative Doe Defendants’ motions to quash, three motions to dismiss, seven motions to sever, and 11 motions for fees and costs.
