MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Malibu Media, LLC (“Malibu”) brought suit in this Court against six unnamed individuals (“Doe Defendants”) alleging direct and contributory copyright infringement in violation of the United States Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. (R. 1, Compl. ¶¶ 48-64.) On November 8, 2012, the Court dismissed the complaint without prejudice to the filing of a proper amended complaint that names actual defendants. (R. 4, Min.
