This matter is before the Court on defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiffs first claim for relief [ECF No. 12], Jurisdiction is proper under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1367. For the reasons discussed below, the motion is granted.
FACTS
This matter arises out of plaintiff Brittany Brown’s claim that she was wrongfully terminated in violation of public policy. ECF No. 1 at ¶ 1.
