*1229Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon his plea of guilty of one count each of murder in the first degree (Penal Law § 125.27 [1] [a] [vii]; [b]) and robbery in the first degree (§ 160.15 [1]), and two counts of murder in the second degree (§ 125.25 [1], [3]).
