SNYDER, PJ.
¶ 1. Factory Mutual Insurance Company appeals from an order granting summary judgment in favor of Citizens Insurance Company of America. Factory Mutual contends that the circuit court erred in holding that the contractual waiver of subrogation agreed upon by the parties' policyholders is enforceable under the circumstances presented here; moreover, Factory Mutual contends that public policy dictates a different conclusion than that reached by the circuit court. We disagree and affirm the order of the circuit court.
