State Highway Commission v. Brixey

The rules in the majority opinion have already been adopted today in the similar case of Hawks et al. v. Walsh, No. 23235, this day decided, 177 Okla. 504, 01 P. (2d) 1109. I think those rules are undoubtedly applicable to this case and are correctly applied by the opinion here, and I concur.
