This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment of the circuit court in favor of the two defendants, entered after a jury had returned a verdict in their favor. The plaintiff, who is the mother of Edwin Lee, deceased, and administratrix of that intestate’s estate, instituted this action in her representative capacity to recover the damages which the estate sustained when the son met death in a collision between an automobile driven by the defendant Carl Hoff and a motorcycle driven by the defendant Charles Kempthorm upon which the son was riding as a guest without pay.
