GRUENDER, Circuit Judge.

Jason Daniel Sims pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922 (g)(1). The district court 3 sentenced him as an armed career criminal, and Sims appealed. We vacated Sims's sentence and remanded for resentencing, United States v. Sims , 854 F.3d 1037 , 1040 (8th Cir. 2017), but the Supreme Court granted certiorari , --- U.S. ----, 138 S.
