FOSTER, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment rejecting a claim of appellant for $3,500, with interest, penalties, and attorneys’ fees, based on a policy of fire insurance, issued to it by appellee, alleged to be a valued policy under the law of Louisiana, Act No. 135 of 1900, and awarding a recovery of $304.92, tendered and deposited in the registry of the court by appellee. Error is assigned to the action of the court in directing a verdict, on which the judgment is predicated, and to the admission and exclusion of certain evidence.
