Joseph Vrbslcy Avas the purchaser at a referee’s sale of the southeast quarter of the nortlnvest quarter and the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 34. in township 7 north, of range 4 east of the 6th P. M., in Saline county. At a hearing in the district court for Lincoln county an order was made that the purchaser, Vrbslcy, pay to the referee $524.60 as a balance of the purchase price of a tract of 80 acres of land sold at a public sale held by a referee under an order of the district court for Lincoln county.
