Introduction

The Court heard oral argument on March 29, 2012 (the “Hearing”) on the application of the chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”) to strike the claim of Mary Veronica Santiago-Monteverde (the “Debt- or”) that she is entitled to an exemption for the value of her rent-stabilized lease.
