MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CASTEL, District Judge.
Mary Veronica Santiago-Monteverde, the debtor in this Chapter 7 bankruptcy case, appeals from two orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York entered on January 15, 2014. The first order denied the debtor’s motion to convert her bankruptcy case from Chapter 7 to Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. The second order approved the assumption, assignment, and sale of the debtor’s rent-stabilized lease. The bankruptcy court issued the orders following a bench ruling rendered on January 9, 2014.
