HENDERSON, Judge.
Appellant was convicted of converting property, alleged to belong to Dickens County, to his own use, and given two years in the penitentiary, and from the judgment and sentence of the lower court he prosecutes this appeal. A number of errors are assigned, but we will only notice such as are necessary to a proper disposition of this case. The indictment charges, “that B. G.
