This is an appeal from an interlocutory order refusing to grant a temporary injunction forbidding appellees to do certain acts complained of in picketing appellants’ restaurant at Hammond. Upon perfecting this appeal appellants made application to this court for an order forbidding appellees to continue doing the acts complained of pending this appeal and upon sufficient showing being made a temporary injunction was granted pending appeal.
