—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him following a jury trial of three counts each of sodomy in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.50 [1]), sexual abuse in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.65 [1]), and sodomy in the third degree (Penal Law § 130.40 [2]). As a result of an error in his original sentencing, defendant was resentenced to concurrent and consecutive terms, resulting in an aggregate determinate sentence of imprisonment of 36 years.
